Resolved after 11 days 1 hour, affecting Data Processing, on September 18, 2026.
Processing performance has remained stable and all pending workloads are now up to date. We are therefore marking this incident as resolved. A later platform deployment will consolidate the changes and adjustments applied during the incident, but no further impact is expected.

Update timeline
- identified Sep 18, 2026, 08:27 AM UTC
Following a recent infrastructure migration, some imports, exports, synchronizations and other background processes may take longer than usual to complete. We are monitoring the affected processes and implementing adjustments to improve processing times. Storefronts, checkout and the Admin Panel remain available.
- monitoring Sep 18, 2026, 04:47 PM UTC
We have implemented adjustments to improve processing times and are monitoring the affected processes. Some isolated delays may still occur in specific stores while processing returns to normal.
- monitoring Sep 21, 2026, 04:50 PM UTC
We continue to monitor data processing performance. Most processes are operating normally, but some stores are still experiencing slower-than-expected processing of background tasks. We have additional optimizations planned and will continue applying improvements while monitoring the affected stores.
- monitoring Sep 23, 2026, 08:31 AM UTC
We are preparing additional changes that will be deployed shortly to further improve queue management and background processing performance. We expect these optimizations to reduce the remaining delays in affected stores. We will continue monitoring processing performance and applying improvements until service levels are fully normalized.
- monitoring Sep 23, 2026, 03:02 PM UTC
The additional changes to improve queue management and background processing performance have now been deployed. We expect processing times to progressively improve as pending tasks are completed. We will continue monitoring the affected processes closely over the coming hours and make further adjustments if needed until service levels are fully normalized.
- monitoring Sep 24, 2026, 04:21 PM UTC
We have applied additional improvements and adjustments that have further improved processing performance. Most processes are now operating normally, with only a small number of isolated cases still being monitored. We expect to complete monitoring and consider the issue resolved tomorrow if performance remains stable.
- monitoring Sep 28, 2026, 03:32 PM UTC
Since our previous update, we identified additional issues that were preventing processing performance from remaining at the expected level. We have now applied further adjustments and fixes, and processing is operating normally. We will continue monitoring the platform and, if performance remains stable, expect to close the incident tomorrow.
- resolved Sep 29, 2026, 09:48 AM UTC
Processing performance has remained stable and all pending workloads are now up to date. We are therefore marking this incident as resolved. A later platform deployment will consolidate the changes and adjustments applied during the incident, but no further impact is expected.
