Integration with upstream POS results in Missing Display on Onfleet We are currently investigating an issue affecting customers who create tasks via third-party POS or API integrations. Tasks created through these integrations may not appear in the Onfleet Dashboard, even though they have been successfully created. What is affected: Tasks created via API integrations (e.g., POS systems, third-party platforms) Dashboard visibility of those tasks What is not affected: Task creation itself — tasks are being created successfully Manually created tasks in the Dashboard We have identified the likely cause and are working on a fix. This incident has been resolved. Tasks created via API integrations will now display correctly in the Onfleet Dashboard. If you believe any tasks created during the affected window are still missing, please contact our support team and we will assist with remediation.
