On June 17, our shared Canadian SMS short code was temporarily suspended following a carrier compliance review, which interrupted SMS delivery notifications for Canadian recipients. We rerouted traffic through an alternate provider the same afternoon to restore notifications, and fully restored driver-to-recipient messaging the following day. The compliance review has since concluded with no penalties, the short code has been reinstated, and all service is operating normally. We apologize for the disruption.
