SendGrid and Twilio are currently experiencing service issues affecting Email and SMS delivery. As a result, OneLogin MFA factors that rely on Email or SMS may be impacted. The issue has been ongoing and we will continue to monitor. This issue originates with the upstream providers and is not related to OneLogin. All other OneLogin components are functioning as intended. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
