    Users who have not signed in for 90 days are automatically suspended as part of the inactive user management feature. We have identified an issue where this feature may be suspending users unintentionally. Our engineering team is actively investigating the behavior and working toward a resolution. We will provide updates as more information becomes available. In the meantime, if you believe users have been impacted incorrectly, please contact support for assistance

    The OneLogin Support portal is down for EU and US. OneLogin platform and infrastructure is functional. Admins can not submit support cases. Cases can still be created via calling into the Regional support number.
