Brother label printing is currently not working in the iOS check-in app. We've submitted version 1.4.4 with a fix to Apple and are waiting on their approval. Until it's live, you can use the Android app or a different printer (Dymo, Zebra) if labels are needed.

The iOS app is still pending review by Apple. We've submitted an expedited review request in hopes of speeding things up and will post an update here as soon as we have news.
