Between 11:45 AM and 12:08 PM ET, OfferingTree showed some information up to about 20 minutes out of date, on the web and in the app. During this time: - Some users were signed out immediately after logging in. - New bookings, payments, and edits (for example to classes, schedules, or client details) were saved but didn't appear right away. We resolved it at 12:08 PM ET. All changes made during this window were saved and are now visible, and no data was lost. Anyone who couldn't log in can log in normally now; there's no need to reset a password. If something looked missing and was entered again during this window, please check for duplicates. We're adding safeguards and alerting to keep this from happening again. We're sorry for the disruption.
