Nutshell is aware of the PHP2Shell security vulnerability and we have taken steps to secure any affected servers. A few services were unable to be properly secured without risk of attack, and have been temporarily disabled. We expect these services to be re-enabled later this morning when a patch has been applied. The following services are affected: - Landing pages hosted on custom domains - Email link tracking using custom domains - Scheduler pages hosted on custom domains

The new vendor is having problems issuing a certificate for the website hosting. We have a ticket open with support and hope to have that resolved soon.

We have identified an issue in one of our database clusters which is causing slowdowns for approximately 20% of our customers. Nutshell should now be accessible, but there may be some delays in updates to lists and searching.

At approximately 7:15 ET, Nutshell performance began to decline until the app was unavailable. Our team identified an issue with AWS, our infrastructure provider. As of 8:20am, we completed a configuration change to work around the identified problems. Nutshell is currently up and running, and we are monitoring further developments from AWS.

On August 21, from approximately 8:00 AM to 8:35 AM Eastern Daylight Time, some Nutshell customers experienced difficulty logging in or accessing their Nutshell account. We identified an overloaded authentication service, due to an upcoming software upgrade. We've resolved the configuration issue. Sorry for the trouble!

We are experiencing a problem with our public website at www.nutshell.com. We have replaced it with a placeholder so you can continue to log in. Nutshell itself is operational, as is our knowledge base. We have identified the issue with our upstream CMS provider and Cloudflare and we are monitoring for updates. This issue is also affecting our Enterprise SSO capability.
