Nexthink Engineering has identified the root cause of the service degradation to the Infinity platform and has validated that full operation has been restored across all regions. Due to operator error, our central configuration system that powers feature enablement in the platform was made inaccessible, and has since been fully restored. We are confident this incident is now closed, and apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused.
