   "Dear Customers, Microsoft has just informed us that they are actively investigating an incident impacting the API Services. This issue will impact our "Collaboration Experience" product, causing the "Microsoft Teams call quality" data to be unavailable until Microsoft resolves its ongoing issue. We are in close contact with Microsoft support team and are monitoring the situation closely. Note: This does not impact the ability to make or receive calls through Microsoft Teams. Zoom quality data is not impacted. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information or when the issue is resolved. "

   Dear Customers, Microsoft has found the root cause of the "MS Teams Call Quality Data" issue to be a recently implemented change to fix an unrelated issue. MS Issue ID: TM910923. They have rolled out a remediation fix and data will start to be processed progressively. Microsoft's next update scheduled for 8:30 PM CEST. Our team has confirmed positive signs of recovery and will continue monitoring the services until the "CollabEx Microsoft Teams Calls Quality Data" is completely back to normal.
