    We currently identified an issue with Payment captured notifications not being received from Adyen due to their outage Incident on 12/18/2024. (More information on that can be seen here: https://status.adyen.com/incident-history#2024) This has the potential to impact receiving Payment.captured events and Refund events from the NewStore platform. To be clear, Payment captures and Refund requests are submitting to Adyen successfully, but NewStore is not receiving confirmation from Adyen that they were received. We are working with Adyen directly on a mitigation plan to get these webhook notifications sent to us, so that payments are marked Captured for Orders in NOM. We will update you again once we have more information to share.

    We received an update from Adyen: In response to the Adyen incident that occurred on December 18th, 2024, where webhook events were generated without an HMAC signature (more information on this Adyen Incident can be seen here: https://status.adyen.com/incident-history/december-2024), Adyen has informed us that they have developed a permanent fix. We are now awaiting an update from Adyen once they have replayed any missing notifications to NewStore from their Incident window. We will update you again once we have confirmation this is completed from the Adyen Team.

    We confirm that all missing webhook events from the Adyen incident on December 18, 2024 (https://status.adyen.com/incident-history/december-2024) have been successfully received by NewStore, and the issue is now resolved.
