    NetVault Engineers have been alerted to a service disruption at our Brisbane DC3 data centre which is impacting internet services traversign through this data centre. Engineers are investigating as a prority and will provide updates shortly

    NetVault engineers are still investigating this issue as it appears to be a wider scale internet problem affecting QLD which is outside of the NetVault network. Updates will be made in due course.

    NetVault engineers are still investigating this issue as it appears to be a wider scale internet problem affecting QLD which is outside of the NetVault network. One of our carrier upstreams seems to be heavily impacted by the issues and is the likely cause. Updates will be made in due course.

    NetVault engineers have identified that the issue relates to one of our upstreams providers at DC3. NetVault engineers have manually routed around the issue the issue tobring as many services operational as possible.

    NetVault engineers have confirmed that the upstream provider responsible for the disruption at our Brisbane DC3 data centre has resolved a network routing issue within their infrastructure, which was the root cause of this incident. Our engineers are currently monitoring the upstream connections for stability before re-enabling them fully. We expect services to fully stabilise once the upstream connections are confirmed stable.     While services from our upstream provider appear to remain stable, out of an abundance of cauction, NetVault will leave services on alternate carrier interconnects before restoring the network back to its primary state later this evening.
