- resolved Jun 26, 2026, 08:10 PM UTC
The issue was caused by secondary connectivity circuits exhibiting elevated RTT and intermittent packet loss. As there have been no further reports of issues following this window, this incident has been moved to mitigated status. Additionally, an incident earlier today impacted data flows from the India region to other regions, including the US West Coast. This was caused by a major ISP fiber cut, which required Netskope to perform traffic engineering to disable the affected circuit. We will move this incident to a resolved state once the provider has fully addressed the network issue.
