IVION Processing: Processing tasks failing with Person/License Plate blurring enabled

   We are currently experiencing an issue affecting newly created IVION processing tasks that use the Person/License Plate blurring feature. Any processing tasks with blurring enabled will currently fail and be marked as "Failed". Our Engineering Team is actively working to resolve the issue, and we expect a fix to be in place within the next 2–3 hours. Important: Please do not reprocess any jobs on your IVION instance until we send an update confirming that the issue has been resolved. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We will provide another update within the next few hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Our team has implemented a solution, and services are now operating as expected. Important: In case you were suffering from this incident we kindly ask you to restart the respective processing tasks manually. Processing tasks affected will not be restarted automatically. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation throughout this incident.
