    We are currently investigating errors in Mux Video, specifically difficulties on delivery and ingest of some assets, that began at approximately 18:00 UTC. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update once we have more information.

    Estimated Scope (Ongoing Incident Update) Playback of existing videos: Currently impacted for most assets. Some newer videos may still play as expected. Live streaming: Experiencing a full outage at the moment. Video uploads (VOD ingest): Partially affected. Uploads via URL are working, and we're actively working to restore full functionality for Direct Uploads. We're continuing to investigate and will share updates as we make progress.     We are also seeing issues logging into the dashboard. If you are currently logged in, you will still retain access, but logging in is currently not functioning.

    Update: We've mitigated the issue affecting on-demand ingest. All new on-demand ingests — including new Direct Uploads — should now function normally. Please note: Direct Uploads created before approximately 18:50 UTC may still be impacted. Live ingest remains affected, and we're continuing to work on a fix.

    Update: We are currently experiencing issues due to an outage in an upstream provider. This is an upstream provider issue, and as such, we do not currently have an estimated time for recovery. Our systems — particularly live ingest — remain impacted. While on-demand ingest has partially recovered, some features may still be degraded. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
