We are currently experiencing issues with wallet deposits on the iOS mobile app. Customers using iOS devices may be unable to complete wallet top-ups using payment cards. Android users and alternative payment methods are working normally. We have identified the issue and are working on a fix.

We are currently experiencing issues with RFID authorizations on charge points with RFIDs from Clever. Due to an ongoing incident on Clever’s side, RFID authorization requests may time out, resulting in failed charging session starts. Clever has acknowledged the issue and is actively working on resolving it. We see a significant number of charge points of these brands being disconnected since midnight. We believe it to be an internal component wrongly marking them as disconnected. The number of disconnected CPs is decreasing. We suggest using Charge Keys to initiate Charges as that will work in most cases.

We have identified the component that marked some ABB and Autel Charge Points as offline. The problematic functionality in that component has been disabled for now and the disconnected Charge Points are slowly switching to online. We expect it to take several hours before they are all fully marked as online.
