We have identified degraded performance with some of our InApp, OSM, WebP, Smart Trigger Evaluation, and Triggered Flows Entry because of the underlying Segmentation service's degraded performance in User In Segment evaluation. The problem is currently under investigation, and we are working diligently to restore normal functionality and fix the performance issues at the earliest. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
