   We are currently experiencing intermittent degraded performance with the system we use to send and receive emails. As a result, some emails may be delayed or may take longer than usual to reach our team or our customers. Affected emails are typically queued and retried automatically, so no action is required from customers at this time. While some emails may be delayed, we expect messages to be delivered once the issue is resolved. Our provider is actively investigating the issue and working with their partners to restore normal service as quickly as possible. Impact - Intermittent delays to inbound and outbound emails. - Some email responses may take longer than expected. - This may affect any customer-facing teams or teams that liaise externally on behalf of Modulr, resulting in delays to email communications.
