MobilePay experienced a minor incident on October 9, 2025 affecting Report API, lasting 3d 14h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Some merchants can experience receiving incomplete data for transactions that occurred between June 18th and August 28th. The affected report feed entries will be missing important reference details. This can be seen with "null" for the Reference field in the Report Feed API response. Requests to the Report Feed API outside the above-mentioned date, does not have this issue. We are working on fixing the issue, once this is complete data will be received as they should.
