Status: Investigating Some customers are experiencing delays between pushing changes to GitHub and those changes appearing on their documentation site. Updates are being processed and no data is lost, but they may take significantly longer than usual to go live. Status: Investigating We are aware of an issue causing documentation updates to be currently down. We have identified the root cause and are working to deploy a fix. New doc changes are not being reflected on the live site during this time. Affected components Updates (Full outage)

Status: Investigating We have discovered an issue with our model provider that is causing our docs assistant to not function properly. We are actively investigating a root cause.

Status: Investigating We're investigating elevated latency and intermittent errors (including 500s) affecting docs pages and related services. The cause has been traced to a traffic spike on our primary database cluster, which is degrading performance across the platform. Our team is working to stabilize the cluster and restore normal service. We'll post another update shortly.
