Automated nightly backups for some environments in Mendix Cloud EU (Frankfurt) and Mendix Cloud EU (Frankfurt 2) were unavailable on 19 October and 20 October. We executed a platform maintenance on 21 October to resume the backups service and create fresh backups. Affected environments will see missing backups for 19 October and 20 October. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this.
