Between 16:03 and 16:16 German time (15:03 to 15:16 UTC), the dashboard, booking pages, login and API were failing or very slow, and video calls in Connect were dropped. These are all working again. The AI phone assistant may still be affected, and we are checking it. The suspected cause is a Hetzner Cloud Volumes fault, which Hetzner has not confirmed yet. We will post an update. Zwischen 16:03 und 16:16 Uhr deutscher Zeit (15:03 bis 15:16 UTC) waren Dashboard, Buchungsseiten, Login und API gestört oder sehr langsam, und Videoanrufe in Connect wurden unterbrochen.
