Between approximately 9:14 am and 10:15am some customers were having issues logging into MATLAB Online
There were 10 MathWorks outages since February 6, 2026 totaling 18h 56m of downtime. Each is summarised below — incident details, duration, and resolution information.
Between approximately 9:14 am and 10:15am some customers were having issues logging into MATLAB Online
Some users may experience issues when accessing File Exchange. We are investigating.
Some users may experience issues accessing File Exchange. As a temporary workaround, they should use Add-On Explorer to search and get add-ons
A fix was implemented at 09:20 AM, after which all functionality was restored. We will continue to monitor the application for any further degradation.
Between 3:10 PM and 3:50 PM some users may have experienced issues when accessing our website.
Users may have experienced slowness or an outage between 3 PM and 6:18 PM EDT while accessing Careers section of mathworks.com.
From 8:00-9:55AM EDT on 3/25, there was a degradation in the MATLAB Grader and Online Courses applications. The issue was resolved and both are behaving normally.
Users may have experienced issues accessing MathWorks Store and downloading products between 9:13 AM and 9:28 AM EDT.
ThingSpeak users may have experienced issues getting new licenses from MathWorks Store between 4:59 PM and 6:19 PM EDT.
There was an outage on Training schedule and web store applications between 5:30AM and 7AM EST. We investigated and identified the issue which has been mitigated now. The impacted applications are back up and running.
There is an issue with the License Center application causing degraded behavior. We are investigating.
This issue has been resolved.
An issue during maintenance caused and outage to MATLAB Drive. The outage was from 1:09-1:48PM EST. This also caused a degradation in MATLAB Online. The issue has been resolved.
