    We are currently experiencing a delay in student grades appearing in the gradebook. Student grades are NOT lost. No further action needs to be taken and the grades do eventually appear. Our technical teams are actively engaged and working on addressing the issue. We will provide an update when we have more information.

    We are experiencing an issue where LearningCurve/adaptive quizzing assignments may appear blank for students. Our technical team believes they have identified the issue and they are testing a fix. We will have more information after 1pm ET.     We are experiencing an issue where LearningCurve/adaptive quizzing assignments may appear blank for students. Our technical team believes they have identified a fix and they are in the final phase of testing. The team is targeting a 7am (eastern time) deployment. We do not anticipate downtime associated with the deployment.     Earlier today, some Higher Ed customers reported issues loading their eBook tab within Achieve. Most commonly, impacted customers are seeing a "cw-services-live.macmillanlearning.com refused to connect" error message. The team is actively addressing the issue, and we will provide further updates as soon as possible. For now, we recommend that instructors make at least one reading activity visible in their course, as students can access their eBook from either an available reading activity on their Course Home page or through their VitalSource Bookshelf.

    Starting around 11:45 PM EST on Thursday evening (11/7), a subset of Achieve assignments began experiencing delays in displaying saved scores. Our team has confirmed that all grades are saved and have not been lost. We are actively working to resolve the backlog and will provide an update as soon as the issue is resolved.
