    Dear Customer / Partner, Please be informed that we are experiencing an incident affecting the Xenioo and LMCL WhatsApp platforms. Start time: 2026-06-11 16:00 CEST Affected services: Xenioo Platform (Bots and MO messages) LMCL WhatsApp (MO messages) Xenioo Platform User Interface (UI access and authorization) Impact: Customers may experience unavailability of Xenioo automated bots and delays in MO WhatsApp message delivery. Current UI usage might also be degraded. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
