    Our third-party providers are currently investigating an issue on the network that Lightfoot uses to transmit data and in turn have escalated this to the network. This has resulted in a drop in traffic from in-cab Lightfoot devices to our servers. As a result, some vehicle tracking information may be temporarily unavailable via the Fleet Management portal and other interfaces. Lightfoot devices will retain their data and transmit this to our servers as soon as possible and no data will be lost. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Some users may receive an 'access restricted' error when trying to load the list of EV charge events in Lightfoot Tracking. We are urgently working on resolving this, but in the meantime, logging out and back in should resolve the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    A new version of the Lightfoot Portal was released this morning, and as a result, some users have reported that they are experiencing display issues when loading the Dashboard. To resolve this issue, on your keyboard, hold down Ctrl and press F5. If you use a Mac, you'll need Cmd + Shift + R. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

    Following a fleet portal release yesterday, a small number of users experienced errors in some parts of the portal. This was due to expired authentication tokens. The issue can be mitigated by logging out and back into the portal.
