Weather related outages to Huntsville Towers
Resolved after 1 day 10 hours, affecting SnowBasin-1-90 and SnowBasin-2-90 and 1 more, on March 25, 2024.
Our tech's have replaced the equipment that failed and the towers are coming back online. We will continue to monitor these towers closely the remainder of the day and will close this incident report this evening if all stays online. If you are still experiencing no internet you will need to give your router a reboot by unplugging the power cord for 15 seconds and then plug it back in. If after doing that your internet has not returned please reach out to us.

We are currently investigating the cause of the outage at the following towers: Snowbasin BasinView DavVog We had a tech out tonight on site to investigate, due to weather and unsafe conditions we will have our tech back onsite in the morning for possible hardware replacement.
