The power failure yesterday at Snowbasin Tower was due to a breaker getting tripped at the location of the tower. The tower has kept powered all day today so we will be closing this status page for this particular incident.

We are aware of an outage that is affecting our customers on the Snowbasin Tower and Basin View omni. We have techs enroute to those towers with a generator as we believe this is due to a power outage.

The tower has come back online by itself and is on main power. We are monitoring this tower closely for the next 24hrs If you are still not showing any internet connection please give your router a reboot by unplugging it from power for up to 60 seconds and then plugging it back in. If that does not restore your internet please reach out to us.
