Morgan area outages

Update timeline

   We are investigating why two of our towers have gone down in the morgan area late last night. We had to wait for the sun to rise for the tech to get out there safely, upon arrival the tech found the lock to the gate to be frozen. He is now preparing to hike up to the tower if the sun hasn't thawed the lock enough to open. Once on site and we know more we will update the status page. These tower's only affect those in the Morgan areas. Tower affected: UnderCity Brill

   We have the towers back online and are monitoring them for the next 24hrs.

   We are moving this status on the UnderCity and Brill towers back to investigating as the last 3 mornings the towers lose power around 5:30 am and come back on around 8 am before we are able to get a tech there. We will be working to identify the cause and get it corrected. Once we know more we will update the status page.

   We have identified the power issue the tower is having and we will be implementing the permanent fix tomorrow 11/20/24
