We are currently investigating an issue regarding purchase of new samples. Downloads of already purchased and free samples are not affected.

We are still working with our service provider to mitigate this issue. New downloads of samples fail to be added to your Downloads collection. A page refresh allows to download them after (or before) getting the error. Once the issue is fixed they will appear in your Downloads as expected.

A temporary fix has been implemented and deployed. Users that click download on a pack/sample and consume a credit will now be able to download it seamlessly. However, recently bought packs and samples will not appear in the user's collection. We are still working with our service provider to fully resolve this issue.
