    Password changes from account settings are currently failing for all users. Affected attempts do not take effect. Your existing password remains active and your account is not impacted. If you need to change your password now, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. That flow is working normally and will let you set a new password. We’ve identified the cause and are working on a fix.

    We are currently investigating this issue.

    We are currently investigating an issue regarding purchase of new samples. Downloads of already purchased and free samples are not affected.

    We are still working with our service provider to mitigate this issue. New downloads of samples fail to be added to your Downloads collection. A page refresh allows to download them after (or before) getting the error. Once the issue is fixed they will appear in your Downloads as expected.

    A temporary fix has been implemented and deployed. Users that click download on a pack/sample and consume a credit will now be able to download it seamlessly. However, recently bought packs and samples will not appear in the user's collection. We are still working with our service provider to fully resolve this issue.
