We are currently experiencing an issue with order management where some orders are not reflected correctly in the Kustom Portal. This may also affect refunds. We are working on a fix. Most failures occurred between 07:48 CET and 07.58 CET. The issue is mitigated. We will share updates here as soon as more information is available.
