    Between 3:46pm EST and 7:29pm EST on 23rd Oct 2025, customers may have noticed an issue causing web view & unsubscribe tags to redirect to incorrect Template previews or broken pages. This may have affected some customers' ability to view or test templates as expected. The Engineering team has identified the cause and implemented the fix. We are seeing links redirect as expected.
