At 17:15 connectivity was lost to the RCI Insights REST API, leading to a knock-on impact on RCI Business Intelligence Dashboards. As a result, the RCI Dashboards are not accessible at this time. The team is investigating the root cause and will issue a fix/notice in due course. All data collection and processing remain online and fully operational.
