Is Kajabi down?

We have identified the cause of the issues affecting video uploads and playback. A change made by our third-party video hosting provider is responsible for the longer processing times and audio dropouts reported on some recently uploaded videos. The change has been rolled back to prevent new uploads from being affected, and impacted videos are being reprocessed. Our team is working as quickly as possible alongside our provider to fully resolve this and will share an update when we have more information.

Affected users may be unable to save or apply changes to the checkout template on the duplicated Offer.
