    We experienced a temporary service instability in our US, EU & SGP Data Center from 22.30 June 2nd UTC to 1:19 June 3rd UTC, which may have impacted the availability of the Retrieval API service and cause delay on Callback responses . The issue has been fully resolved, and we are taking proactive steps to prevent future occurrences.
