We have detected an instability in our Identity Verification service for customers using SDK 4.5.0. The Liveness Capability has triggered an alternative capture journey, and during this period, the Authentication service may have failed with the error message "J010412." The timeline for the instability is as follows: In EU: 08:30 am UTC to 13:00 UTC In SGP: 10:00 am UTC to 13:00 UTC Customers using versions prior to SDK 4.5.0 may continue to encounter issues; nevertheless, we have communicated the necessary steps to address this issue.
