We’re really sorry to be holding you up today! Please know our engineering and operations teams are working hard to get everything up and running. We have identified an instability with our Identity Verification service in the U.S., EU and SGP DCs. We know this is customer impacting so we are working on it urgently. We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our fraud models, resulting in an increase in rejections labeled as "Fraud - Manipulated document."
