    **Issue Summary:** Users experienced slowness across the platform, leading to performance degradation and latency in services. **Root Cause:** The slowness was traced to excessive resource consumption within the data layer of the platform. This was caused by a surge in typical queries which placed an load on backend data processing systems. **Impact:** * Noticeable performance lag for end-users interacting with the Frontend ~~platform~~. **Resolution:** The issue has been identified and isolated. A fix addressing the data layer’s handling of such high-volume queries is currently being implemented and is scheduled for deployment in an upcoming platform release.
