JFrog experienced a critical incident on October 20, 2025 affecting Artifactory and Artifactory and 1 more component, lasting 3h 15m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Service disruption confirmed to be caused by an issue with the AWS Cloud vendor. JFrog Engg teams are engaged, analyzing the vendor's progress, and monitoring service stability

AWS are resuming their services and we see a positive impact on JFrog services. SLO is almost 100% and all Artifactory transactions have been resumed. We are still monitoring the systems health. AWS Incident status chronology can be referred here: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status
