    In the period between January 28 and February 9 some instant messages sent from itslearning were not sent correctly. The issue affected instant messages sent to members of a course. When sending course instant messages with an attachment, the recipient may not have received the attachment. The issue also affected instant messages sent from the itslearning app (Android and iOS). The issue was resolved on February 9.
