    We are currently experiencing an issue affecting background processing in itslearning for customers in Germany. Some actions may be delayed, or may remain in "processing" state longer than normal. Based on the current processing rate, we are expecting that tasks in the queue should be completed by the end of today.

    We have continued to monitor the reported delays affecting certain background tasks. Processing times have returned to expected levels for this time of year, and most jobs are completing normally. Permanent deletions are expected to take longer to process than other job types.
