ISI has identified an SFTP authentication issue that impacted a segment of customers. This started yesterday at approximately 9PM CDT and was resolved as of 5:15AM CDT. If you receive CUCM CDR alerts, please restart your CUCM Repository Manager(s) and CDR Agent services to restart the flow of CDR files.
