    We experienced a degradation of our Broadcast service on Customer Portal. Our clients might have observed that file uploading within Broadcast service was failing. The service was returning an error "Something went wrong, please contact the support". Start (UTC): 17 December 2025 12:03 End (UTC): 17 December 2025 12:30 Impact: During this period, our clients could not use the File upload function within Broadcast service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our team has resolved the issue, and our services are now fully operational.
