Update timeline

  1. monitoring Nov 22, 2019, 04:00 PM UTC

We believe the most recent iOS version update on November 12th has caused Apple Health to become incompatible with a plugin we use to pull Apple Health data. Because of this, Apple Health data does not sync for some users on the most recent version of iOS. We are putting pressure on Apple to address this issue. The plugin development team is aware of the issue and has logged it here: https://github.com/dariosalvi78/cordova-plugin-health/issues/168 Deleting and re-downloading the IncentFit app will force Apple Health data to import for users experiencing this issue, but the issue may persist afterwards. Users who continue to experience issues after a reinstall can contact IncentFit support to be notified once the issue is resolved.
