We are aware of an issue where the 'Person Responsible' / 'Incident Owner' is not automatically populating on the General Details Tab in the new user Interface. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue. This status page will be updated regularly. In the meantime, the person responsible can be manually updated. We apologize for any inconvenience.
