- investigating Jul 31, 2024, 08:54 PM UTC
We are currently investigating an issue whenever logging into Risk Manager, the following error message displays: "An error has occurred - The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout." This relates to Microsoft fending off a sudden, heavy load of hacker attacks against the Azure platform. The Azure platform, and therefore Risk manager, remains protected, but the system resources required to defeat the hackers means some Azure services become temporarily unavailable. We will continue to send updates as the case resolution develops.
