An issue relating to Immutable zkEVM Testnet caused nodes in the network to stop receiving new blocks for approximately 1 hour. From the perspective of a user interacting with the JSON RPC, it would have appeared as if the chain had halted. However, the validator was producing blocks during this period of time. The incident was mitigated for all partners after a database query that was causing errors in certain metadata refreshes was patched. All Metadata Refresh Requests should be processed as expected.
We are investigating issues with Link not recognising the selected chain. To work around this issue, users can turn off the "Select networks for each site" experimental feature in Metamask. We are investigating options to fix this for all users.
