Due to an issue with an upstream provider we are currently seeing elevated latency and error rates for US East edge. The provider is looking into the issue and we will provide an update once this has been resolved.

We are aware of issues with some of our APIs. This is being caused by an issue with DNS resolution on one of our internal names. Update to follow in due course.

The API and components have now fully recovered. Our upstream provider continues to experience issues, but we have implemented an effective workaround which has restored services. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to our customers today. We will be making changes to our internal architecture to make Hyra more resilient to faults like this one in the future.

Hyra has been made aware of issues with minute tracking from Roblox. Whilst our APIs are functioning correctly, we are investigating reports that there are ingress issues to our API. Please standby for further updates

Hyra has rolled back a recent update to the Activity Tracking module used by a fraction of its customers. Systems are now operating as expected. Please be advised that this issue will persist in Roblox games until they are rebooted/all affected servers are removed.
