Update timeline

  1. identified May 06, 2025, 03:44 PM UTC

We are currently addressing an issue within our CA1 region storage cluster. One of the storage nodes has experienced a failure and is in the process of being removed from the cluster. While the system is designed to self-heal and automatically redistribute data, you may experience temporary performance degradation during this recovery period. Our engineering team is actively monitoring the situation to ensure a swift and seamless resolution. We will continue to provide updates as recovery progresses.

  2. monitoring May 06, 2025, 07:34 PM UTC

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

  3. resolved May 08, 2025, 12:30 AM UTC

The cluster has now been rebalanced, and full data redundancy is restored.
